Not very friendly people there I will not go back if they don't improve there bread was soggy

The food was not so good but the waitress was great

Our server Liz was wonderful. We never had to ask for more to drink. She was very pleasant. It's rare to leave a restaurant and hear your server say "I appreciate you." We will be back and hope Liz is there to serve us again.

Great sandwiches...they also let you put the slaw and french fries on the side.

Great place to eat!! There is more than enough food on one order to share with another or take home. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you are served. Customer service was impeccable, our server was friendly and prompt and had a great smile and out look. When we left several staff thanked us, wished us a great holiday. Thank you Mr. Manager and Noella!! We will be back.

I always loved eating here great atmosphere and great food. However, after today I won't be returning. Obviously mid-covid a lot of people's licenses expired, including mine. I've not had any problems ordering drinks anywhere else until today. Every other gas station, bar, or restaurant looks at the expiration and has said something along the lines of "right there's an extension so you're good." The server I had today explained that if it won't scan into the system they can't serve at all, which I guess, okay I can understand that to a point until she said that even if people have the cards verifying covid expiration they still can't be served because it's the managers policy. So either nobody that can renew their license is able to drink alcohol or sit at the bar, or maybe she thought my ID was fake? I dont typically complain or write comments like this but I'm more confused than anything. Next time I'll just head to timber creek.

Liz is probably the best server I have ever had at a bar/restaurant. Food was great too

i don't go around giving out 5 stars to just any restaurant just to be a nice guy, let me just say that. but this place has some of best wings ever. it's worth going out of your way for or planning where to eat when traveling I79 or I80. in fact if you do eat here you might better planning on staying at hotel here b/c you might be too stuffed to drive. I ordered 30, next time I would order 3 orders of 10 each that way all of them would stay crispy b/c with 30 those last few aren't so crispy anymore. 5 stars nonetheless though.

We placed our online order about 15 minutes before we would arrive as we were driving through the area. Our food was hot and ready when we arrived. Our order was perfect. We had the corned beef, pastrami, kids meal, jalapeño perogies, etc all exactly as delicious as you would expect. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It took us less time then going through a lot of drive through restaurants. It goes without saying that the food was delicious. It gave me my fix until we drive through the state again. The only negative we had was that a small bottle of soda was almost $3. I do wish they had a mini version of their famous sandwich on the kids meal. My boys (5 and 7) share a regular one. The "basic" kids meal selection is the same few choices which doesn't satisfy my kids broad pallet.

Primanti Bros. is a fantastic restaurant that makes it very easy to overeat. The sandwiches are very impressive, both in size, taste, and with all the layers of food. Seeing how tall they are can actually be daunting at first. Besides that, there's a really good selection of other food and drinks. Getting either wings or beer on a special is extremely affordable. If I'm ever back traveling in the area, I'll make sure to stop back at this location.

The service I experienced here was great. I thought the food was phenomenal. I absolutely loved the sandwich I ordered (pastrami). The beer was cold, the food great, and the environment was welcoming and fun. I always recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Went on a Thursday & got the pizza feast. Great deal our total was $23 for a large pizza, salad, pitcher of pop & we added a $5 add on appetizer. Which was the BLT tots. All delicious!!

The concept is unique, but the sandwiches (of two I have tried) are dry. You'll need mayo, ketchup, or another sauce to navigate a sandwich the slaw has a crunch and isn't saucy which is another probably. It seems to be vinegar based. The fries are missing the seasoning expected of fries that color. The meat (corn beef is pictured) was great. Mustard helped take the sandwich to three stars. The bartenders are attentive but the crafted drinks show they need more training. Pouring a beer or getting a liquor mixed with a ginger ale or similar, they can handle it. Ask for a crafted drink like an old fashion, understand the results will be poor.

I will not be back. Love the food, hate the service...... this is the second time I have left because hostesses can't seat people. Big sign says you need a QR scanner to get on wait list. While trying to get scanned wait list working, 2 other tables were seated before us, who didn't use QR scanner. Hostess said she didn't know who was before us, and apparently they do enough business they don't need mine.

The sandwiches are so unique and good, there is nothing else like it! The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice and relaxed, with sports on every television. Great place to go for dinner or to even watch the game. Pretty good beer selection as well. It can get busy sometimes so watch out

Been told about it for years from my husband and his family. Finally got to try one and it was amazing, and the service was great.

Food was pretty good. I got the roast beef sandwich which was a little tough. Ordered the jalapeño pierogi thinking they were a tyoical pierogi with jalapeño in them. It was more like a popper. The Bavarian pretzel was rock hard however.

True to Pittsburgh sandwich spirit, the meat and fries are hot, the cole slaw is fine-shaved with homemade sauce, and the Macini bread is thick-sliced and fresh! You. Must. Have. One.

Stopped here on our annual trip to the outlets, the COVID restrictions make things a little difficult, but they’ve added outdoor seating and are definitely doing their best to manage the restrictions. The food was good as usual, nothing super fancy, but not bad at all, and way better than fast food.

Service is excellent, food is good too. I’m very upset by the fact that servers are apparently not allowed to sit while they roll their silverware because it looks “unprofessional,” according to management. Servers work over 12 hours at a time, and DON’T receive breaks or time to sit/eat. WHY ON EARTH would they not be ALLOWED to sit for ten minutes at the end of their shift to roll silverware after working nonstop on their feet for hours on end? I’m disappointed in management for thinking this would make their servers look unprofessional. Give me a break.

Food was great. Made fast. Unfortunately our server had 'clocked out' emotionally and had no spirit, energy or joy. Food was amazing though.

First time my boyfriend and I went out to eat since Coronavirus and we were not impressed. My boyfriend's beer came out after our food, there was gunk on the pitcher of beer so my boyfriend didnt touch it, had to ask for napkins, silverware, and salt, there was a small hair on one of my French fries, the sandwiches were soggy, and we were charged for a soft drink when I ordered just water. The waitress changed the receipt, but we both lost our appetites. Paid for the meals and left. The one in Erie is much better!

The Gtove City Primanti Brothers has become a regular travel stop for us. The food is always good and the service is friendly. We were pleasantly surprised with how good the pizza was. The crust was thin. The sauce had great flavor and the toppings were ample.

Food is good, and large portions, but the service isnt always very quick if you are by yourself. Seems that larger parties get better service, but that is typical most places. I always stop here when I'm in the area

Big sandwiches. Tasted good. But I suggest adding some kick. Like spicy sauces. I had the corned beef stacked sandwich. I thought it needed swiss cheese and thousand island dressing to give it the 5 stars.

Pretty run of the mill location. Menu prices slightly above average. Overall, food was decent.

This place was great. We got pizza. My sister got oven roasted Turkey sw. Our food was great. The service was exceptional. It was very reasonable prices. Will definitely be back.

Sandwiches were beyond filling and good...our server went above and beyond to make sure our visit was spectacular...I asked for my wings to be done extra crispy....which I do wherever I get wings....they weren't done IMO like I asked and seemed to have a breading on them which I wasn't wild about...great Bleu cheese....they weren't terrible...I just won't get them again....also hardly worth mentioning, but, seems the food at this Primanti's location is far better than Altoona one... definitely looking forward to going back!
